Sasi Nair
Civil engineer with over 43 years of professional experience predominantly in project management, engineering and construction with international consultants and contractors. Managed and supervised construction of power stations, marine development projects, motorways, bridges infrastructure development projects, waste-water treatment plants, pumping stations and major pipeline projects. Ponath has over thirty-five years of experience in various fields of construction and maintenance. For 18 years, he worked with contractors at Das Island as contractor’s representative for various projects with ADNOC Offshore and ADNOC LNG. He has also worked with ADNOC LNG at Das Island, NBTC as Senior Project Manager for the Bu Hasa Integrated Filed Development Project, Subcontract for On Plot Civil and Building works. He is highly experienced in Project Management from Estimation, Planning, Tendering, Subcontract Management, Procurement, Execution, Cost management, Pre-commissioning and Handover. His expertise also extends over managing projects and contractors assisting the Client Project Manager to manage the project through contractors. He aims to lead and execute projects satisfying all its intended KPI’s.

A Civil Engineering Professional, holding Master Degree in Structural Engineering having more than 25 years of Experience in Engineering & Construction Projects Management with a reputed EPC Contracting Company, associated with various types of project including Roads, Underpasses, Bridges, Motorways, Major Sanitary projects, Waste Water Treatment Plants & Pump Stations, Building works, Reservoirs and Utilities & Pressure Pipe line works.

A qualified Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) and a Certified Association for Project Managers Professional (APMP) with almost 32 years of experience in Architecture and Project Management. Have a very good work experience in UAE, Oman, Singapore and India, with Government as well as Multi National Organizations. Good knowledge of NEC, FIDIC and JCT contracts, CIS & NBS Specifications. Good Knowledge of Design software such as Micro Station, AutoCAD (2D & 3D drawings), 3D Studio.

Manu Nair has over 12 years of experience in the debt markets, investment/analyst. Previously, Mr. Nair worked as a senior distressed debt analyst at an independent credit research enterprise, Reorg Research in their European office. Prior to Reorg, Manu spent around 5 years at Canaccord Genuity, a mid-market investment bank, where he established and ran the global private placement team. Mr Nair helped European companies to raise debt financing from North American and European investors. Mr. Nair had advised on over $16 billion of debt and derivative portfolios and had raised over $5 billion of institutional debt for his clients. Mr. Nair is an expert in conducting detailed forensic analysis of company accounts and identifying companies with a strong balance sheet but are mispriced in the market. Manu holds an MSc Finance with Distinction (Rank holder) from London Business School. He completed his BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and Management from Imperial College London. Mr. Nair is a CFA charter holder.
