Sasidharan Nair

Forty years of senior engineering and project leadership across the Gulf. Sasi began his career on the consulting side, working for nearly two decades with W.S. Atkins, Brian Colquhoun & Partners, and Lahmeyer International on major infrastructure projects in Kuwait — including bridges and interchanges on the Fifth Ring Motorway, and master-planning work on the Kuwait Waterfront.

He then spent eighteen years at MUSHRIF Trading & Contracting in Kuwait, rising to Deputy CEO. There he ran technical proposals, project execution, and senior project management on flagship infrastructure assignments. After MUSHRIF, he joined NBTC as General Manager for UAE Operations.

Sasi founded Visolt in 2020 to apply this practitioner experience directly, on the contractor's side of the table.
